The room was clean, but the shower barely worked and was oddly positioned. Friendly staff helped us with our concerns, though nothing was resolved satisfactorily.

Staying at this hotel was an experience. The bed was comfortable, but a persistent leak from the bathroom ceiling was quite disconcerting. On the upside, the staff were incredibly accommodating.

The hotel stay was quite basic, resembling more of staff accommodation than anything else. The proximity to the beach and local pubs and restaurants was a definite plus, making it easy to find things to do with the kids. we did notice some cleanliness issues, such as a bathroom that had someone else's travel kit in it and bedding with questionable marks. On the bright side, the mattress was surprisingly comfy for a cheap setup.

The Bourne Hall offered a convenient location, situated just a short walk from the beach and town center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, promptly assisting me with any requests. Unexpected room upgrade!
I was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded to a double room on the top floor with sea views, but the carpet was so stained it was gross. Plus, beware of sneaky cats popping up from under the bed, one darted for the bathroom! At least the staff were so friendly and the location was spot-on for beach access. In-room breakfast was a nice touch!

The room was kinda comfy, but definitely had its issues. The carpet was really old and there was an unpleasant smell, which I think came from a cat that darted out when I opened the bathroom window. The furniture felt worn out, and there were some stains. On the bright side, the staff were super friendly and even gave me an upgrade to a double room with a sea view. Location was spot on for getting to the beach and nearby places.
